Independent Water Systems is growing and we are currently seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team. If you have experience in cosmetic sales, outside sales, retail sales, clothing and furniture sales, or door-to-door sales, bartending or food server, we want to talk to you.
The position will require analyzing prospective customers water conditions and recommend proper treatment solutions for the family's needs and wants. The candidate will work closely with the installation team to provide the information needed to properly install the treatment equipment. Our sales reps work hard to maintain the existing customer relations and perform quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
Our sales team helps management develop strategies and tactics which result in new lead generation and achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to meet deadlines, sales goals, and overcome obstacles. They need to have an enthusiastic attitude and a passion for success independently and in a team environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, a sales/business related Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with in-home sales is preferred. A valid driver's license, your own vehicle, and current insurance is required.
Independent Water Systems is the trusted name for local water treatment services. We are an authorized dealer and often receive factory-direct training on the products we offer.
This is a commission-based position and that will require the dedication of between 25-35 hrs per week, including a couple of weekends to participate in area home shows.
